I've noticed that my home feed is looking bare here, so I think it is time for a re #introduction of sorts (even though I've been here forever) I'm a gaming journalist who covers handheld gaming mostly. Changed my mind. I decided to install Sailfish on the Sony Xperia 10 III. It was plain sailing. 😃 I guess, things only become difficult when things go wrong, and things went very smoothly. In brief, I unlocked the bootloader, and downloaded Android 12 from Sony. I flashed that to the Xperia (11 wasn't available). I performed all the usual 'phone stuff, which worked. I then flashed the 'phone with Sailfish using fastboot. The same things are still working. #Android #Sony #Sailfish #Jolla
