“[I]t is a good idea to let teenagers sleep in accordance with their inner clock if you want them to thrive and make the most of school time. [T]he meeting time for 16-year-olds should be around 10 o’clock, and for 18-year-olds it should be moved to around 11 o’clock. However, in school and secondary education, the introduction of meeting times later than 8 am is a controversial topic.”

I kept waking up at 3 a.m. with racing thoughts — now I fall back asleep in seconds thanks to this expert-backed method
The 'fake blink' method is a simple way to calm busy thoughts and help you feel tired. It helped me fall asleep fast after waking up at 3 a.m. — and here experts explain why.

Good morning
It's going to be a warm one here in Central England but at least there's a bit of a breeze.
I slept better last night - I managed to sleep on my back all night and put a pillow under my thighs to avoid the leg pain I'd got previously. (I'm normally a side sleeper but it's become quite uncomfortable).
The Petanque club ground is closed today but thankfully someone has got their act together at long last and organised a Saturday game at one of the local pubs with a terrain.
I understand why the usual place is closed but there's personality politics involved and hopefully today's move will shake things up a little.
Have a good Saturday

No. Power. Left.
This has been the last day of school for this summer. I was up at 2:20 am, warmed up, ran, showered, cycled to school at 6:35, loaded lots of equipment into a van, drove over to the concert hall for our closing ceremony, afterwards back with all the stuff to our school. There: closing ceremony for the staff – with music. Then: Home (cycling at 34 deg C). Sleep. Bliss. More sleep tonight! #running #apex4 #coros #school #sleep #music
