A hospital bed is likely, and I can confirm it. 18% a lavender bandana I don't think I've mentioned these here before. Cherie and Valerie wear these and give them to people who have earned their respect. You could think of it as a way to make the found family look alike. 64% a bag of coffee Well done! I tried to make it not too difficult. I have talked before about the availability of tea (rare) and coffee (none). Maybe it also stood out as more mundane, or less specific?

#ScribesAndMakers Feb 2 - Do you have any annual traditions not tied to holidays? The town I grew up in has an annual festival dedicated to Mary Queen of Scots. It's also the world's largest parade of Shire horses. It was an essential day out as a kid, but I still go back to see it when I can. They also race some of the Shires ...it's like thunder when they go past. 🙂

#scribesandmakers Oct 25: What's something you accomplished this past week? This whole month is a blur, what part was just this week? Two markets, a signing later today, and I was on the news! The interview was so-so. P.P.S. What happens in hashtag world when you put a # in front of a numbered list? Do we end up with too many #1s etc? Do algorithms sort for numbered lists as opposed to hashtags for hashtags? Asking for a friend...

✨ At long last, I have made a decision about how to share the art that backed up the novel writing. Sometimes the hashing out of "how" is as creative as "what," and in this case, it has taken a while. Since the novel trilogy was begun with research in 2011, 15 years ago, taking time seems just fine. ✨ I am planning a show and talk called The Art of The Trilogy and I'll combine the art (27 panels and more) that accompanied the novels of the Erenwine trilogy, as well as reflections on crafting a trilogy overall, and doing it artistically. #ScribesAndMakers Day 28: How satisfied are you with the creative work you've done this month? I've finally made time for painting again, tiny miniatures and cats in acrylic. To someone with skill, it probably looks terrible but it's mine, and I'm proud. I've failed utterly at the piano, but I am not giving up. Failing is a part of the process. I'm typesetting my book now. Just when I thought I had reached the most painful stage of publishing, I discover a new way the process can torment me.

I'm sure Fairy could tell me many interesting things.

But you can’t always see clear ‘n I told Jenny that, that she couldn’t see so clear neither, but she just swung that ol’ shovel ‘round. ‘Cause she was pleased I finally got the hole dug ‘n she was gonna’ bury her mistakes, those two little bundles she had. Didn’t need a hole big as a man, I thought, for that. But you don’t dig holes you don’t intend to fill yourself.
