Demnach dürfe der US-Präsident (POTUS) auch gegen bisherige Befugnisse der Legislative alle Mitarbeitenden der US-Administration fristlos entlassen - mit Ausnahme jener der Zentralbank.
Denn deren Unabhängigkeit garantiere die Geldwertstabilität.
