#Thiel #Mimesis #Katechon #Vance #Verschwörungsmythen #Papst #Apokalypse #USA #Deutschland #AxelSpringerKonzern

#USA #US — Slower electrification could cost the U.S. economy a cumulative $2.3 trillion through 2035. — Restricting renewable growth is estimated to cost $121 billion from 2027 to 2033. — Policy uncertainties have led to the cancellation of 20-25% of solar projects. — U.S. electricity prices have already risen more than 40% since the start of the pandemic (text available in “reading mode”) https://www.masslive.com/opinion/2026/11/environmental-injuries-mount-with-each-passing-day-of-trump-20-paul-chiampa.html #ClimateChange #UpheavalClimate #pollution #ecology #environment #climate

#USA #US This was the “affordability election” with concerns about inflation & high energy prices Newly elected lawmakers will enter office with energy policy proposals to address voter concerns She noted that renewable energy is less expensive than fossil fuels and can be developed quickly, promising rapid benefits for consumers. The growth of electric transportation reduces greenhouse gas emissions & shields consumers from the volatility of gasoline & diesel https://insideclimatenews.org/news/05112026/inside-clean-energy-democrats-trifecta-results/ #climate

#USA #US Fires in the U.S. are getting faster, larger and more dangerous, but people continue to develop and move into fire-prone regions. New research from the University of Colorado Boulder's Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) shows that if we don't act on climate change, which fuels fires, manage vegetation or transform how we build and adapt to fire, the risk to structures in the U.S. will almost triple by midcentury https://phys.org/news/2026-11-losses-triple.html #ClimateChange

#USA #US Most forecasts project Democrats winning the House and a narrow majority in the Senate in the November 3 election. But without control of the White House, passing any legislation will be difficult and almost any climate policy will have to be a bipartisan endeavor, say analysts Given that and the Democrats’ messaging-shift to affordability over climate, few experts expect a fully resurrected Inflation Reduction Act https://globalnation.inquirer.net/345354/for-us-democrats-climate-policy-is-now-about-energy-bills/amp #ClimateChange #pollution #ecology #climate

If you’re in the #USA 🇺🇸 #Elections are just around the corner: Please Vote TUESDAY NOVEMBER 3. This mid-term election is the most important one, so every vote matters. Especially yours. It may be inconvenient. There might be long lines. Please make a plan that gets you to the booth anyway. Despite the lines, despite the hassle. Despite all the barriers they put in your way. Vote BECAUSE of all the barriers they put in your way. Please Vote.

@tusk81@mastodon.social With all that the Trump regime is doing with ICE, I am constantly reminded of this quote from *The Diary of Anne Frank* "Terrible things are happening outside. At any time of night and day, poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. Families are torn apart. Men, women and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared". Anne Frank, 1943 #Trump #ICE #Nazis #GOP #Politics #US #USA #Quote #Quotes #Meme #Memes
