I got this power adapter for my NES. It had the specs recommended for the NES according to some blog post I read. But I'm weirded out by dual cables coming out of the single adapter. I didn't know I was buying something with two cables. Is it a shock hazard if one is left unplugged? #Electrical #electricity #tech #retrotech #retrogaming #nes #nintendo

#AskFedi Where do you submit photos to identify an odd #electrical #connector ? 3-pins, triangle, automotive/weatherproof, about 18 ga wire.

More professional outdoor electrical installation work, same park as before, powering the lights on a swing. To up it a notch, they used a GOST socket, which avoids pesky RCD trips because it has no PE contacts. 👍️ This has evidently worked well, as it looks like it has already caught on fire once. Its a nice park, but don't sit on the swing when its wet. #Electrical #Moletai
