👇👍🎶🏁🔊🎺🎷 https://soundcloud.com/sensemay/fly-to-jordan #BestMusic #Instrumental #Music #MastodonMusic #NowPlaying #Musica #MusicDiscovery

i've not seen this film since i was too young to have a clue what i was watching, really looking forward to seeing it again 'Frontman Graham “Suggs” McPherson remembers tracking shots being filmed “by a cameraman in a trolley or on a bicycle”; overhead shots involved “someone hanging off a stepladder”. Robinson rarely sought permission to shoot locations, guitarist Chris Foreman describing their mindset as “do it quick enough and they can’t tell you to stop. By the time some jobsworth comes along, you’ve already finished.” It was a vibe they’d learned as teenage delinquent graffiti artists' #madness #london #twoTone #ska

Mustard Plug: Can’t Contain It (self-released, 2014) These guys are my homies so I can’t be objective. We were at each other’s weddings, etc. They still put on a super fun live show and even though we’re all old now, whenever I listen to them I feel a lot younger. Plus, ska crowds are the best: I get older, they stay the same age. Yes they do. @vinylrecords@fedigroups.social #vinyl #MustardPlug #ska

The #SKA Observatory will produce around 600 petabytes of data 💽 each year. That amount would take 200 years to download using an at-home internet connection of 100 megabytes per second. Initial data from the SKA is expected in 📆 2027, with the start of major #science operations in 2029. Handling the large volume and complexity of SKA data requires a global network of specialized computing facilities. #Canada 🇨🇦 committed to establishing one such centre https://theconversation.com/information-collected-by-the-worlds-largest-radio-telescope-will-be-stored-and-processed-by-global-data-centres-255268 #Astronomy #CanSRC

The world’s largest space telescope, comprising thousands of antennae in the southern hemisphere, will generate massive amounts of data — some of which will be processed in Canada.
