Just want to make sure I understand Farage latest suggestions on how the law should work. I think he is saying that he doesn't really like the letter of the law and prefers to allow the public to just vote on whether someone is popular. I presume if elected he would therefore replace the entire legal process and allow public votes on whether someone is guilty of just popular so should be allowed to get away with it. That is what he's saying isn't it?? #farage #votebinface

Count Binface to stand against Farage in Clacton by-election (Manchester Evening News) Count Binface has announced he will be standing against Farage in the Clacton by-election, triggered by today's resignation. "Labour, Tories, Lib Dems and Greens: I demand you stand down in Clacton. I will be a unity candidate and pledge to build at least one affordable house. Nigel Farage says he wants The People versus the Establishment. So be it. Leave him to me." #CountBinface #Binface #VoteBinface

"Resignation from the House of Commons is not formally allowed; instead, the seat will not be vacated unless and until Farage is appointed to one of two sinecures, either the Steward and Bailiff of the Chiltern Hundreds or Steward and Baliff of the Manor of Northstead, that allow for an MP to step down to trigger a by-election. Normally, such an appointment is granted as a manner of course." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2026_Clacton_by-election #CountBinface #VoteBinface #sinecures #Steward #Bailiff
