So, cheese... A few years ago I threw a cheese party, because the best thing to do on my birthday was curate a cheeseboard and invite friends to come help me eat it. Then Cheese Day 2 happened, with a board of 108 cheeses, plus another 19 contributed by friends. The original 108 had tasting notes too, and where I got them from.
