31 Euro (+ 1.50 for shower) at Camping le Sagittaire in Belgium has been the most expensive night on a campsite for me so far. 😵 My previous most expensive night as cyclist has been for € 21 on a campsite in Prague. Well, I will stay the next two nights in the area around River Semois in the youth hostel in Buillon for € 29 per night including breakfast. L'autre nuit il faisait chaud, on a ouvert le double toit de la tente (une fonction sympa). Juste à ce moment là une taupe sort de terre devant la tente. Le chien n'a pas résisté, il est parti comme une balle… et il est passé au travers de la moustiquaire. Voilà voilà. Heureusement ça se recoud. Sachez qu'il existe des rouleaux autocollants de moustiquaire pour renforcer la réparation. #camping #dogsOfMastodon #réparation

Anscheinend neue Unsitte auf Campingplätzen - oder fällt nur mir das auf? Auf Plätzen mit im Preis inbegriffenem Strom sah ich heuer schon zweimal Mitcamper, die ihr E-Auto an der Steckdose für die Parzelle luden. Natürlich war das auf beiden Plätzen in der Platzordnung verboten. Und natürlich wussten die von nichts, als man sie ansprach. Und natürlich wurde erst angesteckt, als die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Stört das nur mich? #Camping #emobilität

Well, that was something. I just assembled the tent I bought for car #camping. Only three poles and they are lightweight and shock corded, which is all good. But they are also very tight, especially the one that goes across the top. I really struggled and I suspect I put more strain on my left hand than I should have because it hurts. Damn. When I was finally done I discovered that the tent cannot stand up on its own unless it is staked into the ground on all 4 corners. (1/3)
