Gros Morne: Walk on the Mantle At Gros Morne National Park, you can walk on the Earth's mantle. This being Canada Day, let's take a look at a few interesting Canadian city/town names, starting with Dildo, Newfoundland (pop: 803), which has a Hollywood parody sign celebrating their famous name. At the time of naming in 1711, the term meant any cylindrical object and probably referred to local rock formations. #CanadaDay #Newfoundland
