#elementor

#introduction Hi — I'm Monowar, a WordPress developer from Dhaka. I build plugins. Four are live on WordPress.org: a slider, a testimonial plugin, an Elementor widget pack, and one that hunts down images nobody uses anymore. Mostly I'll post about the unglamorous parts — why sliders are slow, what the plugin review team actually flags, and the bugs I cause myself. Glad to be here. #WordPress #PHP #Elementor #OpenSource

If your site runs Elementor Pro with a file upload field in any form, patch immediately. Versions 4.2.1 and below contain a critical flaw that allows complete site takeover — no account, no password, no interaction required. The upload field your visitors use daily is the attack vector. I recommend updating now without delay. #WordPress #Elementor #WebSecurity #WordPressSecurity #SecurityHardening
